1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the time they are placed.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
In case of unexpected delays, we will notify you via email.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer the following shipping option:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the number of items in your cart.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Tracking information will become active within 24 hours of shipment.
4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
📦 We do not offer international shipping at this time.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Lavatee is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed.
For packages delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us at hello@lavatee.com within 3 days of delivery and include:
Order number
Photos of the package and damaged items
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders with incorrect addresses may be delayed or returned. Additional shipping charges may apply for resending.
