At Lavatee, we want you to love what you ordered! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and exchange policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be in their original condition and original packaging

  • Tags, seals, and hygiene stickers (if applicable) must be intact

  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or invoice)


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Underwear, swimwear, and personal care items (if unsealed)

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Customized or personalized products


3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Email us at hello@lavatee.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

  3. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  • Lavatee is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.


5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.
To request an exchange, email hello@lavatee.com with your order details and a photo of the item.


6. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will require photos and your order number.


8. U.S. Consumer Rights

This policy complies with applicable U.S. consumer protection laws, including:

  • FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule

  • State-specific e-commerce regulations (e.g., California BPC § 1723)

You may also have additional rights depending on your state of residence.
